Joining the project during its infancy, my services were hired to provide design consultancy and hands-on service to facilitate business requirements and accelerate production team deliverables.

Strategy

Establishing solid working partnerships and practices across product design and engineering teams was key during the initial design phase of the bank’s digital transformation process and throughout further tactical implementations. In addition to creating design approaches, I was on-hand to troubleshoot arising development issues, providing guidance and adherence to user-centred principles and responsive design implementation.

Methodology

Interaction design for consumer web landing points, navigable content features, including responsive patterns for Form Designs (UX / UI) and marketing-led creative and interactive content. Furthermore extending the design language across content applications as well as compiling a UI toolkit to benefit the engineering team sprint process.
