Engagement
As a design consultant, I joined the acceleration leadership team to define and establish a centralised product and solutions framework. Collaborating across service lines, including Tax, Risk, Audit, and Consulting, I assessed readiness for product enablement while strengthening existing capabilities through design practices.
Strategy
Partnering with stakeholders and client teams, I facilitated research and discovery workshops to define business requirements, analyse solutions, and deliver recommendations aligned with strategic objectives and acceleration goals.
