Engagement
Joining the project during its infancy, my services were hired to provide design consultancy and hands-on service to facilitate business requirements and accelerate production team deliverables.
Strategy
Establishing solid working partnerships and practices across product design and engineering teams was key during the initial design phase of the bank’s digital transformation process and throughout further tactical implementations. In addition to creating design approaches, I was on-hand to troubleshoot arising development issues, providing guidance and adherence to user-centred principles and responsive design implementation.
Methodology
Delivered interaction design for consumer webpages and service features, including responsive layout patterns and mobile optimisation, forms and marketing-led creative content. Furthermore extending the design language across content applications, compiling a reusable asset and UI toolkit to benefit the engineering team sprint delivery process.
